What Informs My Work
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, with over 20 years of experience in the helping professions, working alongside children, adults, families, and communities in a variety of settings. A steady thread through all of this has been supporting people to live in a way that feels more true to them.
My training includes a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Master of Education in Adult Education, and a background in early childhood education and child development. This combination helps me understand how patterns can form early on and continue across different seasons of life, how adults actually learn and change, and how to shape therapy to the way each person naturally processes information.
